Cairo Jazz Festival 2016

The 8th Cairo Jazz Festival took place from 20 to 22 October 2016 at The Greek Campus, the old AUC library grounds in downtown Cairo. More than 90 musicians in 16 bands from 14 countries played across two stages: a main stage in the courtyard and a smaller library stage for intimate sets. The closing performance came from four Danish jazz musicians led by Estonian vocalist Karmen Rõivassepp.
